1. How do I unlock Pro?
Pro unlock is a one-time purchase.
You can unlock Pro by:
- Attempting to create more than 80 cards, or
- Tapping on a locked Pro card style.
Pro removes the 80-card limit and unlocks 9 additional card styles. There are no subscriptions.
2. How do I restore my purchase?
To restore your purchase:
- Open Settings inside JikuDeck
- Tap Restore Purchases
If you are signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase Pro, your unlock will be restored. In most cases, Pro will automatically restore when you reinstall the app.
3. Where are my notes stored?
All notes and cards are stored locally on your device. JikuDeck does not store your content on external servers.
If you delete the app, your locally stored content may be removed unless it is backed up through Apple's system backup services.
4. Does JikuDeck require an account?
No.
JikuDeck does not require:
- Account registration
- Email address
- Login
You can use the app immediately after downloading.
5. Does JikuDeck collect my data?
JikuDeck does not collect your note content.
We use anonymous analytics (via Mixpanel) to understand how features are used and improve the app. No personal content, names, emails, messages, or other personal information are collected.

6. I reached the 80-card limit. What does that mean?
The free version of JikuDeck allows up to 80 cards.
If you reach the limit, you can:
- Edit existing cards
- Delete cards to free space
- Or unlock Pro for unlimited cards
Your existing cards are never removed automatically.
7. I changed devices. Will my Pro purchase transfer?
Yes.
If you sign in with the same Apple ID used to purchase Pro, your unlock can be restored by tapping Restore Purchases in Settings. In many cases, the app will automatically recognize your purchase on a new device.
